I grew up running track in grade school.  Switched to road racing and recently triathlon.

1500m - 4:48

3000m - 10:40

10km - 38:58

Half Marathon - 1:35:23

Sprint Tri - 1:21:38

Short-Term Running Goals:

I just had my third baby 2 weeks ago.  So short term goals are to get back to running, period.

First run since labour day as I'm home alone with all three kids now and cant get out.  Husband helped me get out for a run, but I ended up feeling pretty wasted physically so I just cut it short.  ugh.

Ran a 5k today in 23:10.   I was happy to see I'm already getting some speed back.

Ran my first 10k post baby today!  It was so windy out that I was barely moving at some points and the hills were a killer.  I used to be able to run this route easy in 44 min.  Today it was 48:20.  Which considering all the factors was ok.  I am just so glad I'm not battling injuries.

I can sure feel the extra 10lbs I'm still carrying around though.  Cant wait to shed those.
