| | I walked for 4 min and jogged for 1 min for 30 minutes. Felt fine. I could have run for longer at a time but am holding back to be smart and not get injured.
I have 20lbs of baby weight to lose as of today.

| |
| | I walked 4 min and jogged for 1 again today but for 35 minutes (Pushing the stroller). It felt awesome so I think I'll increase the running portion.

| | Walked for 4 min, jogged for 2 min, for 30 min. My watch died at about 20 minutes so I'm guessing the last 10 min, but i know it was 2.64miles for sure.
I felt a bit of soreness in my left hip and achilles which are old injuries so I'm going to rest for a couple days. Just walk or bike.
24 Celcius ~ Sunny ~

| | Walk jogged for 0:35:50 today. Walked for 3, jogged for 2. For the first round of running, my calf/Achilles felt sore which worried me, but it loosened up. My groin and lower abs are sore, but thats not surprising given I just had a baby. Other than that, I felt good.
23 celcius ~ Sunny ~ Humid

| | Biked 13.8 miles today to mix it up. Took an hour and two minutes. Really slow and weak. But it was great to get on my bike again.
| | Walked for 3, ran for 2 again for 35 minutes. Ran a little faster than last time. No pain, felt good other than my obvious lack of endurance and muscle mass. I'll be adding a minute of running next week.
18 Celcius ~ Cloudy

| | Walked for 3, ran for 3 for 30 min. Pushing stroller and husband came along too. Felt good, will add another 6 min next time.
24 Celcius ~ Sunny

| | Walked for 2, ran for 3 for 30 min. Pushing stroller. I was so hot out and I pushed myself on the running portion, so it was a tough workout. Felt good otherwise.
28 Celcius ~ Sunny & Hot

| | Walked for 2, ran for 3 for 30 min. Was partly cloudy and warm. Wasnt in the mood to run this evening but I'm glad I did. It was alright in the end. Would like to attempt a 5km non stop soon, but I am trying to hold myself back.
22 Celcius ~ Partly Cloudy

| | Walked for 2, ran for 3 for 35 min. Pushing stroller. It felt good although it was hot out again.

| | Ran for 30 min non stop today. No pain, was just weak. I felt like I was putting in hard effort to keep up this pace.
21 celcius ~ partly cloudy

| | I'm back to running non stop! yay! no walk breaks.
| |
| | First run since labour day as I'm home alone with all three kids now and cant get out. Husband helped me get out for a run, but I ended up feeling pretty wasted physically so I just cut it short. ugh.
| | Ran a 5k today in 23:10. I was happy to see I'm already getting some speed back.
| | Ran my first 10k post baby today! It was so windy out that I was barely moving at some points and the hills were a killer. I used to be able to run this route easy in 44 min. Today it was 48:20. Which considering all the factors was ok. I am just so glad I'm not battling injuries.
I can sure feel the extra 10lbs I'm still carrying around though. Cant wait to shed those.

| | Today is my 36th birthday! I celebrated by running a hard 5k. 22:25 It's not my fastest by any means but I have a baby that is 2.5 months old...and shes my third. So I'm happy with it.
| | Another 10k under the belt. It felt horribly slow and I was quite stiff. It's also the first time I've run first thing in the morning in over a year. and I'm not used to running that "cold". It was also cold out. Prob 8 celcius? But not terrible. 48:12
| | Ran a 22:40. Meh. I am happy with it in some ways. It'll take some getting used to running first thing when I wake up. It's the only time I can now with all my kids being home during the day. So I'm happy I get the chance to but its not my fav time of the day to run.
I still cant wait to shed the rest of my baby weight. I know thats a factor. I also need to get in to see a chiropractor badly. My foot is locked up.
| | I ran for time today because I was pushing the stroller. Ran laps around the park and boy does pushing a stroller make you slower. But it was a good thing. I needed to run a little slower as my legs were quite stiff. Felt ok otherwise. Hoping to run 10k or more saturday.
| | Ran 11km in horribly strong head wind. Felt a lot slower than my 8:15pace. At some points I was not really moving anywhere because the wind was so strong. But on a plus, I finally broke 140lbs! So I'm getting pretty close to my pre pregnancy weight.
